Ready to make a website?

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

Welcome to the One-Hour Websites workshop. In the next 60 minutes or so, you will plan, create, and start customizing a website for your nonprofit!

This website will be our guide. Please keep it open in a separate tab or window of your browser for reference as you work on your own site. If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to ask an instructor or another workshop participant.

We’ve divided the process up into several steps:

  1. Planning
  2. Create your site
  3. Customize your site

If you fear you’re falling behind, don’t worry – there’s time built in to tinker with your site and to explore the resources on this one. You will probably need to work on your site more afterwards, but we hope that by the time you leave today, you will have at least the framework and gained a familiarity with the tool you decide to use.

Ready? Let’s get started!

At the Affordable Housing Conference I attended 2 of your session’s dealing with Google Reader and One Hour Websites. I think they were the most imformative and valuable sessions I’ve attended so far. Thank you all, I really appreciate your efforts.
    Sincerely,
